The connections concern everything I propose;

I am a certified color therapist and I use color to bring balance to the body, mind and spirit.

Through a beam of light, performed by a special instrument called a pen, placed on the skin, the rays of colored light pass information inside the body, thanks to this connection which reaches the cell directly via resonance, facilitating the elimination of disorders in altered systems, thus restoring balance where there is none.

I encountered Reiki years ago, becoming more and more connected with the Energy, I felt the need to deepen and experiment with this practice in order to then pass it on, thus becoming a Usui Reiki Teacher through Komyo Reiki Do Italia.

Every session I carry out, the Energy connects with the recipient, rebalancing the body, mind and spirit.

I am a helping relationship consultant in continuous training to guarantee a good service and accompany people to connect with themselves and their emotional memories.

Connections are part of me, of my work and of the people I meet every day, through emotions unprocessed, psychosomatic disorders arise are a condition in which physical symptoms are aggravated by mental factors.

Luckily our mind has a system that allows us to block negative emotions and lock them up in a room called the subconscious, however these negative emotions remain alive in that room, inside us, they have energy, they fight to come out. When we refuse to recognize them they emerge forcefully from the surface and in the form of a symptom, and the more we ignore it or try to reject them the more these symptoms become serious and become diseases. This is why having a good connection with ourselves is of fundamental importance for our physical, mental and spiritual health.
